These thresholds vary according to region and function.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-ce34b9d0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container custom-bullet uagb-block-f42bce33 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-affdc909\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;text-decoration:underline\"><strong><u>Flanders<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Highly skilled workers<\/strong> 48,912 euros per year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Highly-skilled young workers (&lt;30 years), nurses and teachers<\/strong> 39,129.60 per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intra-company transfer (ICT) specialists or trainees <\/strong>48,912 euros per year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Management positions\/ICT management positions<\/strong> 78,259 per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>European Blue Card holders (for recruitment after May 1, 2024)<\/strong> 63,586 per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professional athletes, certain referees and coaches under professional athlete contract <\/strong>101,019 per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coaches without a professional sports contract<\/strong> 50,509.50 per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performing artists<\/strong> 42,313 per year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px\">For professions in short supply, considered to be moderately qualified, remuneration must be aligned with the \"minimum qualification\" category according to the relevant joint committee. Gross salary includes the monthly wage and benefits such as luncheon vouchers, eco-vouchers, sports\/culture vouchers and employer contributions to hospitalization and group insurance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-19d3460e\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;text-decoration:underline\"><strong><u><strong>Wallonia<\/strong><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Highly skilled workers<\/strong> 51,613 per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Highly-skilled young workers (&lt;30 years)<\/strong> 41,290 per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ICT managers<\/strong> 66,738 per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ICT specialists<\/strong> 53,390 per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ICT trainees <\/strong>33,370 per year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-dd7381e3\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;text-decoration:underline\"><strong><u>Brussels-Capital Region<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Executives <\/strong>79,766.40 per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Highly skilled workers<\/strong> 44,441.28 per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performing artists<\/strong> 37,034.40 per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>European Blue Card holders<\/strong> 56,976 per year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professional athletes (adjusted annually on July 1) <\/strong>88,320 per year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px\">Only the basic monthly wage is taken into account (code 1 in the DmfA declaration). For seconded workers, only the gross monthly salary is taken into account, which may include a monthly allowance for secondment to Belgium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px\">Employers must ensure that salaries for both new applications and existing work permits comply with these updated thresholds from January 1, 2025.
