Ces actes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 qualifi\u00e9s d\u2019inhumains et assimil\u00e9s \u00e0 des pers\u00e9cutions au regard des principes du droit international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-5lfmh108\">Ce jugement \u00e9tablit un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent important dans la lutte contre les violations des droits humains \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale. Il devrait \u00e9galement renforcer l\u2019affaire port\u00e9e devant la <strong>Cour P\u00e9nale<\/strong> <strong>Internationale (CPI)<\/strong>\u00a0contre Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova, accus\u00e9e de d\u00e9portation ill\u00e9gale et de crimes de guerre li\u00e9s au transfert d\u2019enfants ukrainiens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-5lfmh108\">Cette d\u00e9cision souligne l\u2019importance de la justice et de la responsabilit\u00e9 dans la poursuite des crimes de guerre et des crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9, rappelant que nul ne peut se placer au-dessus de la loi lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de violations fondamentales des droits humains.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-cda72001 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px\">Hulp nodig bij uw toepassing?
